Help needed! NOID - Brassia or Miltassia?

I would like to at least narrow down this NOID's family. Any guesses?

To get the strong yellow background color there probably has to be some kind of Oncidium or Gomesa in the mix too. I don't have a specific suggestion right now, but I'll do some looking when I can - Brassidium, Gombrassiltonia, Aliceara.

Thank you. I do not know very much about this group. The flowers show up very yellow in the sunlight but are a greenish/yellow color with a slight orange cast in the shade.

Every bit of information helps - any hint of orange gives some other options to consider. Another picture showing the whole plant and spike to see the growth habit might be useful. I'm on a quest now...

Here are a few more pictures. You can see how the appearance of the flowers change drastically depending upon the lighting alone. The plant was repotted into a basket culture with bark, spag., Styrofoam, and perlite this spring. It is obvious by the size of the new growth that I need to water more frequently during its next growth cycle. I was conservative with watering this year because I was concerned the pot may be too large for the plant, but it was what I had on hand at the time. The image near the window is its everyday home. South facing window, lower level of a 2 story, some shade provided via a Japanese Maple late in the day.

OK, there is never any guarantee when identifying a NoID hybrid, but this is a very distinctive flower. This is almost certainly Brascidostele Gilded Tower 'Mystic Maze' HCC/AOS.

(Rhynchostele bictoniensis x Brassia keiliana) x (Brassia arcuigera x Oncidium wentworthianum)

Yes I agree, looks like Brascidostele Gilded Tower 'Mystic Maze' to me as well. As PaphMadMan said you can never be 100% but I would be pretty sure with this one that that's the ID.

You are very welcome. I enjoy the search, and I have the ideal tool to do it - OrchidWiz, and I learn a lot in the process.

MrHappyRotter:
Ok, this is a sign about how posts cross and weave together. Your response to my Phrag. post and asking about the label caused me to remember a stage my daughter went through when she was 2. That prompted me to search her "hiding" places other than the trashcan. Low and behold - I found the label for this plant. You were 100% correct in your identification. It is Bcd. Gilded Tower 'Mystic Maze' from Alohilani Nursery.
