Not a Miltassia, but Beallera.
Also, this cannot be the clone 'Howard's Dream'.

I've seen this same flower in flower shops and even at Trader Joes. None had name tags on it, although one vendor said it is Marfitch. Then again, he also sold Marfitch 'Howard's Dream' which he referred to as Marfitch, so I guess his eyes were not very good. lol
