Oncidium deformity ??

I've found Oncids to be rather thirsty plants and I cannot maintain them in bark alone.

While you can't turn the clock on that crinkling just know it adds character.

Mine do that all the time and it's lack of water. I'm scared to water them enough, I know it but still end up doing the same all the time, the crinkling like that is a common thing for mine.
