Oncidium Moon Shadow 'Tiger Tail'

Hello my fellow orchid fanatics!

I purchased a dejected, shriveled cluster of 2 pseudobulbs with one nearly-spent flower spike from my local nursery a little less than a year ago. The flowers were small and only about 3-4 in number, but I was immediately attracted to their unique qualities. I hadn't seen such a combination of pure yellow, and deep burgundy-brown in other oncidiums before. Plus, the name was something reminiscent to me of a Chinese fairy-tale - Moon Shadow Tiger Tail!

Well, she sprouted a new pseudobulb almost immediately after being re-potted, and now months later she's rewarded me with 7 breath-taking blossoms! I am absolutely obsessed. I get home from work, and the first thing I do is stare at the blossoms for about 5 minutes, marveling at how such a tiny plant could produce such a gorgeous display (I'm sure you know that same feeling of near-reverence).

Does anyone else have this orchid in their collection?
