My first spike in Sharry Baby

This plant was in need of a report while in bloom. So I didvided it in half and one had opened blooms and the other half had a spike forming. After a week I noticed another spike peeking thru the other side of the bulb. I'm so excited as this is my first official spike ever!!. I love this orchid and it's smells divine!

The first spike on any new plant is so exciting! I noticed a first spike on my phalaenopsis violacea yesterday and actually dreamed about it last night. Congrats!

I've been collecting orchids for many years and this is my first spike ever !!!! (except for a phal branching that died!)

I can't wait .... I really thought it was going to die when I repot it into bark mix and hydroton. But I guess I made it instead.
