This is by far the highest quality bloom I've ever had from this plant. The symmetry! Just unfurled this afternoon.

Beautiful color and form....this orchid plant will keep on producing flowers on the same spike as the years go bye....

definitely noticed this, the first bloom from this spike was crooked and small! these spikes bloom from March to late October and then my windowsill sun doesn't give the plant enough oomph.

I haven't noticed any difference in size/quality of blooms on my Psychopsis. It blooms year round, though in the winter the buds take longer to develop since there's not much sun (northern Europe) and it's cool. All 4 spikes are in bud on mine, and with a bit of luck they'll bloom simultaneously.
