Appears to be very similar in flower and size to Psymorchis pusilla. How is the care and rapidity of growth in comparison?

Agreed Paul, the bloom is very similar to pusilla. I must say though this one grows much faster, I got it some 8 months ago, it has now 4 pseudobulbs (originally it was only 2, and one of them died off), and 2 spikes opened plus 2 more growing. It stays still small, which I love, but the bloom is a nice size, the same like on pusilla.
