Oncidium Gower Ramsey
The last time this one bloomed was 2 years ago, I counted around 70 buds, it started to open this morning and smells like spice. I had to put it on the porch to get a good pic. of it.

This was my first try with lave rock and its done very well, it does dry out faster than in bark but I love that I can't over water it.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but your plant is not Onc. Gower Ramsey. Google it and you will see. Gower Ramsey has a bright yellow lip with no barring.

The lack of a name certainly does not make it any less attractive and on a cold morning like this in Mass. it must look like a real gem.
