Most of them grow cool to intermediate (36 F - 85 F).
Use good quality small grade bark.
Do not dry out completely for more than 1 day between waterings.
Grow under moderately bright indirect light.
The area you grow them in can have moderate humidity, (50% - 70%), and they will be perfectly fine.
Do not overpot. The smaller the pot the better.
Clear or opaque plastic pots are the way to go, preferably clear plastic.

If you're having trouble keeping the orchid hydrated in bark, use long fiber moss that have been trimmed short and mix with perlite and some bark. Do not mix in too much moss. The roots like to breathe.
