Old pseudobulbs, new growth

I have mostly paphs which have no pseudobulbs, so I dont know much about plants that have them. I have a couple Oncidiums with a couple older pseudobulbs that had blooms off them last winter. I see new growth coming on. Question: will the old pseudobulbs produce a new spike and bloom, or should I have removed those older p-bulbs to make room for the new growth when I re-potted the plant

Unless diseased, leave the Pbulb. They are energy reserves for your plant.

Blooms come from new growth only, but like Anon said, older growth supports the plant

on the one plant the p-bulbs are shriveled in appearance which I think was due to being root bound in a pot it had over grown. I repotted it recently hoping that will help it. The other ones p-bulbs look fine. It was not repotted

Leave them until they dry up. Larger plants give more growths and blooms.
