How do you grow it? What are the cultural conditions? Correct species or not, it's Rossioglossum, and that's great in my book.

Congrats on your blooms! I don't think it looks like a grande which has more yellow on the petals. It's still lovely what ever it is. I have had a small grande for a few years and it barely grows and of course has never bloomed. I also have a Rawdon Jestor that grows better but hasn't bloomed yet. Any tips on culture for these?

I think it might be Grande x Splendens. I grow it in an intermediate greenhouse with filtered bright light and water once a week in summer with Rainmix fertiliser each watering. It certainly seems happy as the new pseudobulb that has the 10 blooms is really big and fat.

Thanks. I don't do much different so maybe I just need to be patient. Yours is lovely, whatever it is.
