Great chid Pheli! This is one of my favorites and definitely on my wish list. For anyone that doesn't know, this is one tough orchid. My brother's ex-girlfriend had one that grew and flowered almost non-stop. Her house was always stiflingly hot and dry, and the window it grew in wasn't that bright. I loved the flowers because they smelled like brown sugar

(to me at least). Now if they had only stayed together a little longer, she was thinking about dividing it!

Oh well, I guess their problems were more important than my orchid lust.
I do have Twinkle, a hybrid of ornithorhynchum, but it is currently under intensive care. I underwatered it and lost most of the roots

, but it's got some new growths coming in so it should bounce back.
I'm still keeping ornithorhynchum on my list though because the flowers are bigger and have a stronger and different smell. Besides, why settle for one great orchid when you can have two!!
