Default New oncs: Mtssa. Shelob "Tolkien" and Onc. incurvum var alba

These arrived today from an ebay seller- they seem very healthy and happy to me but I could use some feedback since I am new to oncs. I plan to repot (*bites nails*) into Better Off Potting medium (from Ray- medium orchiata, charcoal, sponge rock, some granite chips) this weekend. No repotting debate- I know there are passionate theories on both sides- I've decided I want to do it with new plants coming into my house and cross my fingers that I don't lose spikes or blooms. But I want to know what the roots look like. The incurvum is not in spike or bloom (I thought it was in spike but I looked at it way too quickly this morning before leaving). The Shelob "Tolkien" was advertised as having three spikes but one bloomed in the interim and one spike's blooms are opening as we speak.

Anywho- feedback welcomed as to health; anything I should be worried about or trim off...I've read lots about culture and roots and know I will need to be very gentle, much more so then with my phals.

(Pics in gallery- sorry- they won't upload today for some reason...)

They look nice
Expect to lose the flowers if you repot while blooming.

It's not unusual for plants to drop flowers or buds if they are greatly disturbed.
They may not drop them, but I would expect it, and be happily surprised if not. It shouldn't harm the plant tho
