Question FL native?

I didn't want to start a new thread, so fortunately this one already exists. Regarding Leochilus labiatus, I came across a couple sources which list this species as a FL native. Can anybody confirm this as a FL native epiphytic orchid species? I don't recall seeing it listed as one before.

I saw also online that it says Florida wild orchid, but not sure if it is.

Leochilus is not an easy genus in cultivation, as it must be protected from rot. This one is cute, congrats.

many thanks euplusia. It seems like cholla wood is working perfect, just a little bit of moss, and letting dry in between waterings.
