Default Trichocentrum splendidum Blooming Out

This is brand new one for me. It's in serious need of repotting, but was a nice sized plant so couldn't pass it up. I will probably mount it after this bloom finishes.

You've got a nice one there. Many Trichocentrums, including mine, have colors that aren't very exciting. I like the bright yellow on yours.

Yes, I was taken back when I first saw that sun soaked bloom swaying in the breeze. That pic is completely inadequate. Quite frankly, I've never experienced anything so acutely yellow!
