I picked up this Sharry Baby with red lip over the weekend. I haven't seen one of these before now. I think I like it better than the white lip. I'm not sure what the clonal name is.

Nice!

I have Sharry Baby 'Sweet Fragrance' which typically has the whitish lip with the purple spot in the center, but when buds develop in cool temps, the whole flower is purple - of course, that doesn't mean that's what's going on with yours, but putting it out there as a possibility - it's certainly possible there's a cultivar that always blooms solid colored

*photos attached of my Sharry Baby blooms from late 2012 - one spike developed over summer, the other during fall*(grows outdoors, so definitely lower temps during the second spikes developement)

Interesting, mine is 'Sweet Fragrance' and it tends to have a darker lip like Sony's second photo. But then I have kept it cooler in past years.

I have a Sharry Baby NoIDthat is red and pink all over. I bought it the winter before last I think, and it's sending up 4 spikes right now. It's been a good grower, but has suffered some major neglect. Glad it's blooming again!

All the pictures look so beautiful.
I threw mine out today because it did poorly last season and pseudobulbs started rotting one by one since last week for some reason.
