Having grown Brassias for many years, they need a medium bark mix and you can water them a couple times a week with your low humidity. Humidity isn't it's problem. The chunky large bark media is. In the condition they are in now, I would wait until the warmer spring weather to repot this unless you can keep it warm (70*f or higher with good light). With your low humidity I would try a medium bark, chopped sphagnum moss in a ratio of three bark to two moss. Of the oncid types, brassias have the better root systems. Their roots are a little more robust than their relatives and can take a little drying as long as it doesn't stay dry for more than a day. They aren't finicky about fertilizer. But I would not go more than half strength and only during active growth. Ray has good data on that. These also like to be potted tightly. Small pots. Water when the pot becomes lighter than when wet. I would suggest that there may be some blooms in there yet but the new growth in spring is what is important. Culture for them. There is plenty of energy stored in the existing pbulbs. If you can keep them warm and give them some good light I would pot now. If not then wait until the new growth is a couple inches long and pushing roots, then pot.
