Love Tolumnia but have the hardest time ever getting them to bloom.

I just got these in bloom at a local show, but I used to have a bunch of them.

I grew them by the bright sunny window with shear curtain drawn.

Blooming has never been an issue for me.
I think some people have hard time blooming these for two reasons. Not enough light and underwatering. With not enough water, they will never ever spike.
