Colmanara Wildcat 'Rainbow'
Picked it up at Lowe's this past Summer. It's starting to bloom again. I wonder why the flower open upside down.

Beautiful!!!
I love this variety a lot!
There were many of these at TJ this week, but didn't pick up any due to freezing weather.

Maybe just because the direction the light is coming from has changed. It was grown in one direction at the greenhouse and a different one at your house....Jean

Don't you just love them blooming so soon after the last one. I have to say I haven't had that much luck with Onc except Twinkle this one is tough, at lest for me.

I have an Encyclia radiata that has some very confused blooms at the moment, I moved it for the first time in years as it was in spike, so the flowers have tried their best to orient themselves, but without much luck lol.
Wildcats are just beautiful IMO, they're tough as nails, reliable bloomers and just generally all-round great additions to any collection.
I especially like the autumnal colours on yours, I have a few that are much darker and redder, I'd like to find something more like yours. I've always loved yellow/rust/brown tones in orchids. Just lovely!.
