Thanks, Brenda! Good luck with yours. So far this one has been very reliable even without very reliable conditions due to several moves to 3 different climates in 2 years.

That pale green stripe is just delicious. Regardless of it's undoubtedly long-and-silly name - it's a really beautiful blossom.

Thanks, megrim! And yes, No-Pro-mwa, it is a tough orchid out here. Here's a photo with the main stem fully open now. It has another behind it that is fully open, plus one new stem that popped up that should bloom in a week or two.
