They stay small vertically but they expand horizontally with many new pseudobulbs.

It depends on how vigorous a grower your Twinkle is and how fast the pseudobulbs mature. It also depends on what medium and the type of pot you use. I have mine in four inch basket pots but they were single pseudobulb divisions when I bought them. I grow in red lava rock/basket pot so I can use larger pots without worry.

Wonderful display. I've got several of them but smaller. I guess in a few years they'll be as big as yours.
