I have a yellow dancing lady and Ive noticed a new shoot of leaves! I'm a bit confused--Does a Pseudobulb form from the shoot or a flower spike?? Thanks for your help!

A pseudobulb grows from a new shoot, and a spike grows from the new pseudobulbs. does that make sense.

Like my Oncidium Wildcat has 2 new shoots and they are now pseudobulbs, so hopefully I will get them to spike next spring.
