I don't know this plant as such. I've moved your question to the Oncidium/Odontoglossum Alliance section as Ionopsis is in this group of orchids and maybe someone here will know it better.
Even organic fertilisers should have NPK values, it's law in many countries that all fertiliser shows it's NPK values. That's the case in the UK and in the USA, not sure about India.
Provided you get the right concentration both organic and non-organic fertilisers could be fine. There are various opinions on what is best, I like a balanced fertiliser (similar values for N, P & K) and ones with micronutrients can also be good.
Personally I like MSU or it's equivalent in Europe, not sure what is available where you are though.
I'm afraid I don't know if Ionopsis have any specific requirements.
