I bought this orchid earlier this month, at my Three Rivers Orchid Society meeting here in Fort Wayne, IN. Our speaker that day was Russ Vernon, member of our Society, and owner of New Vision Orchids out of Yorktown, Indiana. His presentation regarded newly developed plants and he took questions from the members. He also brought a large sampling of in flower orchids and some orchids that he no longer had room for, in essence, a bargain table. A month ago, this orchid had one flower spike, and I noticed that it had small little spikes growing as well. This picture shows the old spike, since about a week ago, the one spike started blooming, there is a smaller spike on the other side of the plant and one spike in back. This is a beautiful plant, I'm so glad I own it.

What a nice plant!

It is "whiter" than the regular variety, but it still has some color on it.

When I saw the title "Albino", I was thinking completely white flowers. lol
