Miltoniopsis NOID in Bloom
I bought this one in bloom from Trader Joe's last summer. This is the first Miltoniposis I have ever re-bloomed. I can't tell you if this one is just forgiving or if I have improved - or maybe both .
The color in the photo looks more red/pink than it is. I would describe the flower as the color of a good wine. There are 7 spikes on 3 pbulbs each of which has 2 blooms/buds. It does seem to have a very faint pleasant fragrance.

nice, milts are one of my favourites.
Can't wait for my seedlings to bloom - per the photo of parents, they should be yellow and white and the breeder says very fragrant.

Congrats on re-blooming and so many spikes from one plant! Is yours in moss in the clay pot? I do worse with mine now than I used to and I don't really know why. Looks like you found the knack for your conditions!

I'm growing in a mixture of bark and Sphag in a clay pot. I do try to mist the top roots daily which seems to have really helped.
I think I'll take this one to the Orchid Society meeting tonight.
