I don't see anything wrong with this plant. Good roots although there are some older roots that could be taken off. The pbulbs are nice and plump too. The leaf turning color is because it is an older pbulb. It is the smaller of the lot so most likely two+ years old. If this was cold damage it would show as dark grey/brown damage. Not yellow which normally denotes old age. But.....this is in need of repotting because it has too dense a root system for the environment in which you will grow it. So ...carefully tease out the old dead roots and cut them with small scissorswhich you dip in alcohol. I like 100 proof Jim Beam....oh..sorry. Got off track there. The problem you will have in the near fututre is that there will be no air flow into the inner part of this rootball and it will develope fungus. Remember that everything growing right now is old and what you want to get ready for is the new growth that will peek up at the base of the newer pbulbs when it starts to get warm. So getting rid of the older roots so you can get some airflow to the inner part of the rootball will be imperative. Seaweed is good I hear but the best thing is to tackle to rootball. No moss either in the mix. Bark/spongerock, and charcol. Or the S/H stuff. Expanded clay. I actually like lava rock. Keeps roots just moist enough. Anyway that's what I see here. More pics would be cool. Inside the rootball. Base of the pbulbs. Other leaves. Good luck. Oh yeah now that I look at it further I can see where the original potting material was when this was a two year old. Look at it and you can see the difference in the age and consistency of the media it was potted into,. Then it was dropped into another pot with some small bark settled around it.
