Default Brassidium falls over in the middle of the night

My brass indium, already not doing well, fell over and out of its pot at 3 am this morning. A lot if the roots have died and shriveled up. I was planning a soakin in super thrive and then potting into the smallest pot possible. However, there are also new growths in this plant. Should I do anything differently?

Sorry to hear that

I'd probably carry on as you were planning.

I repotted it into a tiny clay pot-maybe like 3 inches? I put a couple p-nuts at the bottom and used birk-charcoal-perlite mix. I made sure that the oldest growth was at the front of the pot, and the new growths have a little space to grow their roots. Also, I saw 4 or 5 little root tips poking out of what I thought were dead roots. Hopefully those will grow also.

Just one question: I fit as much media as I could in the middle of the pot. However, there is one big bunch of roots towards the back of the pot. Wil this be a problem for the new growths, like if their roots are growing into other roots not into the media?
