Default Brassidium with no signs of root development

I recently repotted a brassidium. I trimmed all of the rotted roots (not leaving many healthy ones left) and put into the smallest pot I could fit it into. I potted with clean fir bark/perlite/charcoal mix. It has been a couple of weeks (like 3 weeks) and the plant is still wobbly and I see no signs of root growth/development. What should I do?
