Super Fragrant Miltoniopsis
Default Super Fragrant Miltoniopsis

This is one of the greatest finds from Trader Joe's!
I had no intention of buying any plants this time (who am I kidding? )

but then I noticed wonderful scent of miltoniopsis coming from somewhere. I followed it and then I found this!
I was pleasantly surprised that all the flowers looked so nice and fresh. Without a question, this guy hopped in my cart.

They had lots of miltoniopsis during the early summer, but almost all of them looked dried up and dead.

This time, there were three of them, white, yellow, and this pink one. They all looked good, but only the pink one had scent, so I picked this one.

There are three spikes, one with five flowers open, one with one gigantic sized (almost the size of my hand! never seen it this big) flower, and one with four buds. It looks like there were two more spikes but cut off long ago.
There are also three new shoots growing.

I'm loving the color and the fragrance!
