if you have the time, soak a cottonbud with hydrogen peroxide and wipe the leaves....I see dark dots with yellow rings around it....seems you have fungi on the leaves....the brown original listerine mouthwash will also do the trick

hmmm, I have a Trader Joe's Noid that just might be this one. Mine also grows slowly, and doesn't get a lot of blooms either.
