I love the upright leaves and will make use of the cache pot idea to keep the plant from taking over a whole shelf. Thanks Bud! My 'Hildos' has one spike and is quite a while away from blooming.

Love it! I wish I could remember the movie I saw not to long ago..but they had to base the alien in it on this orchid...when the alien was mad these three spikes rose up on its head..it looked amazingly like it...producer must be an orchid lover!! Its such a wonderful orchid and yours is very beautiful!

Default Rebloom 07/29/213

This is blooming for me every 3 months and always giving me a single flower on each existing spike. That is why I am not cutting the spike unless it completely dies on me.
It also gave me four new little growths this summer.
