How do you grow it? I ask as I have had one for 5 years and no blooms yet.
This orchid grows outdoors all year in South Florida. It gets good strong light but not direct sun. During the growing season it gets watered two or three times a week. They like a little more water than cattleyas. I fertilize once a week during the spring and summer. Less in the winter. The first thing I would do if an oncidium isn't blooming is to give a little more light. Good luck.

OMG!! What a pretty picture. That is a gorgeous plant-well worth the wait and now another for my wish list!

How long will the blooms last?

I'm not sure how long the blooms will last. We've entered the rainy season here so the blooms may not last vey long with all this rain and very little sunshine. Normally the flowers last as long as other oncidiums.
