General Oncidium Question

Can anyone tell me what is the lowest temperature an Oncidium can tolerate without injury? I have a NOID outside, hoping that the cool evening temperatures we have been having will get it to initiate spiking. I know that 55F is the preferred night low to initiate spiking, but the temperatures haven't been cool long enough for anything to happen. The last few nights have been in the mid to high 40s, and they appear okay so far...?

Most oncidium are pretty hard and can handle some temperature range especially cool if they are dry. I wouldn't tempt fate, though! Try to keep them 55F min...
