This is Tolumnia Popoki Mitzi. It has been growing a new fan. I noticed another new fan is developing on that new fan. How odd! well, at least for me.

All my other tolumnias grow new fans off of mature fans, but this is a new pattern for me.

It is growing lots of new roots but I damaged a few with that wire around the clay pot not so stable.

Look at you rocking the Tolies! Good job! I've stopped being questioning the growing of my plants though they still surprise me all the time. The plants look wonderful! Well done!

Oh that is nice. I have never had any luck with any from the Oncidium alliance. Some people say you have to be really bad at growing plants to kill them, but I just can't grow these. I can grow masdies and other stuff, but not this alliance.

I'm moving this to the Oncidium alliance subforum.

Looks more than ok to me too! Are you thinking of repotting it?
I find masdies hard to grow... I believe they need cooler temps than I can offer.

Default Thank you, all!

This little guy is walking out of its pot with all the little new roots it's making. I am afraid of damaging them, so I am not doing anything.

Plus, the roots look like they are stuck on the clay pot, so that further puzzles me. I really want to plant it in a bigger pot, but not sure what's best for them at this growing stage. I will just do nothing most likely. lol
