I didn't bother. I liked the plant. I'll just keep ordering the plant that I want until I actually get the one I want.

I originally ordered Kefersteinia lojae, but I got Kefersteinia sanguinolenta instead. To me, that's not too bad a deal. They cost just about the same in price, it's just that Kefersteinia lojae is rarer than Kefersteinia sanguinolenta.

I have returned a rootless Pleurothallis shuarii once. I pre-ordered the plant to pick up at the show. When I unwrapped the plant, I saw that it had no viable root system on it whatsoever, so I went back and I returned it. They promptly gave me a replacement orchid of a different species of similar value.

They'll be in Edmonton at a show in late Feb. which I hope to go to so I suppose I could talk to them about it if they don't e-mail me back. I had kind of put myself on a cut back budget as far as orchids are concerned and spending $25.00 on one I don't really want just means one I really do want that I now can't afford

If Ecuagenera won't exchange it for you, then you could always sell the plant to someone who does want it.

Just giving out options.

Thanks. I had thought I might do that. It's nice and smells lovely but at some point a person has to pick and choose or you run out of room (and $$)

Just thought I would mention that Ecuagenera got back to me and confirmed it is Miltonia Honolulu. so now it is no longer a NOID. They also offered to replace it with a Milt. spectabilis var. Moreliana at the Edmonton show. Can't ask for much more than that!
