Brassia Hybrid NOID

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me identify this orchid. It had a spike and blooms when I got it but put out another large spike with PBs above the leaves and several new flower spikes above the new PBs. The flowers have a little more color than these pictures indicate. Should I use a hormone to promote root growth below the new PBs? More importantly, I like this plant very much but bought in in Florida without tag.
