Onc. Jiuhbao Gold 'Tainan'
My dancing ladies are a dancin! Onc. Jiuhbao Gold 'Tainan'. These are the larger type of dancing ladies but less of them. I have 6 open and another 14 buds on 1 spike that has several small branches. This is such a cheerful flowering plant!

I thought about getting one of this many times.
I saw them almost everytime I went flower shopping.
Well, as of last month, I don't see them anymore. It's out of season in NYC I guess.
By the way, are they easy like regular dancing lady?
I love how large the blooms are!

Well, I don't have a regular dancing lady. But it is intermediate light and temps and just basic oncidium care. Mine is in mostly medium bark with a bit of perlite. I water just as it is getting dry. It has thicker roots than some of my oncidums. I'm not sure but it might be what they call 'mule ear' oncidium?
