Wilsonara Pacific Perspective 'Pacific Heat'
A closer look at the flower of Wilsonara Pacific Perspective 'Pacific Heat' reveals a ruffled labellum, which has a fleshy color, that contrasts beautifully with the darker red petals which are also ruffled at the edges. The flowers grow on a long flower spike similar to other Oncidium types. The lush green foliage adds a winning touch to this very bright and colorful orchid. It is just right size and height for windowsill growers like me..

Just beautiful! Being a windowsill grower myself, I just may have to try one of those. It will have to wait 'til next year, to cold for shipping now.

Thank You, Sonya !
@silken...most of my flowering orchids are supposed to bloom in the fall, so theres no surprise on their skedules...but my vandas have just maybe reacted to the sudden snowstorm last Halloween...it was a sudden change ot atmospheric pressure and some of my plants triggered their survival instincts and bloomed=two of my dendrobiums produced keikis without shedding its leaves...I only have less than a hundred orchids as a windowsill grower...but it is a joy to behold that I will have blooms til xmas!
