Default Rodriguezia fragrans

Hi everyone,I love those sparkling white flowers with some yellow inside of the lip. This is very small orchid and this year I have three spikes, and flowers are so cute and big to compare to the orchid.I hope you will enjoy it too.

So pretty! I'm assuming it's fragrant, given the name. What's it smell like?

A little beauty. I too, am interested how you grow it, and where you got it. Small and smaller are my thing!

Hello,I got this little orchid last year from one of the vendors from Floralia (Brazil)during Santa Barbara Orchid Show,I bought the same one some years ago and it didn't make it, so I decided to try again, and last year I had 2 spikes and this year three.I grow it warm in my greenhouse in the plastic basket with just bark, some coconut husk and perlite and I hang it above my catteyas so it gets a lot of light and breeze from my fans.I keep it moist. The longest leaf span is 5 inches and the spike almost 10 inches with so many flowers. This orchid is so rewarding and I highly recommended.I have another one which is pink and it is Rodriguezia secunda. It seems like it is not fragrant, but maybe I will try at the different time of the day,let you know.Happy growing
