Beautiful! What alliance is this? Oncidium? I couldn't tell when I looked at pics of the plant, but I did read that it has a little pseudobulb, so that rules out Vanda.

Jorge - They tend to have more flowers as they mature, up to 8. What I love about this species is the several color variants and the fact that if you leave the spike on the plant it will often times rebloom from the same spike.

Gage - It is a twig epiphyte in the Oncidinae Alliance from the lower montane forests of Equador and Peru, lovely little plant.

THANK YOU!!

Gage, glengary54 answered your question

Glengary54, my plant is really a little one, I also love the color. I left the spike last year but it didn't rebloom
