Wait until the new growths are 4-5" long, then repot. Beallaras tend to be strong growers, so the growths may already be big enough to transplant.

I finally decided to repot. All I saw when I took it out of it's pot all I saw was a rootball. It took me almost an hour to get all the old medium out from between the roots without damaging them (though i'm sure I broke some). It's in a new pot now, a bit bigger. I hope she will thrive and reward me with lots of beautiful flowwers. Here are some pictures from the roots and the repotted plant.
I guess this is what I can await when I have to repot my cymbidiums (late winter)

Some times you may need to stop and step back and take five.
What do you want to achieve here. Bigger plant then pot up smaller plant to give away one or sell then divide. In NZ I would tend to report as the new growth starts taking into account the 3-4 Pbulb rule. New pot new bark, new fert makes for a happy plant.
