Looks like it stayed wet for too long because it is outside in sphagnum moss. I would unpot it now and remove all dead pseudobulbs and roots, and leave what is left out for a day or so to dry. Then put it in bark or CHC and charcoal. Only water once it is mostly dry. And if it rains you may need to bring it under shelter to keep it from staying wet. Good luck!

At least part of it looks healthy and green. Oncidiums do recover very nicely once given the right culture. All the ones I've ever bought were rootless and in need of help but they did just fine once in the lava rock into which I put most of my orchids. (I gave all of the oncidiums away except for Sharry Baby because I didn't have room for them and they weren't fragrant, a favorite attribute). Oncidiums seem to like to have plenty of air around the roots, to be watered often but not have soggy media, so choose potting and a medium that will give it these conditions, something that is large and chunky and won't break down quickly.
Good luck,
Leafmite

i had a miltoniopsis that had pseudobulbs that turned bright orange like that too! if its what happened to my milt. then you could have an erwinia brown rot infection. they take over like that in an instant and by wet, cool conditions. its a terrible disease

Thank You all for your advice, @Gage, the media is in is a special mix that I bought a HD, I just put a bit of sphagnum moss on top to keep it moist because of the wrinkles , so, I just remove from media, and leave it 'barefoot' for a day or two? nothing will happen other than drying out? and then after that, can I use special mix again? I don't have any specialized store near me and HD is the closest I can get for orchid mix

I would repot without the sphagnum moss, and remove all dead pseudobulbs and dead roots. And just make sure you let it dry out 75% or so before watering.

i lost a lot of oncidiums, I don't know what else to do, tried differents med., differents containers, finally I'm going to give up with the onc. Today another one is gone, I'm talking about 15 onc. lost. Which containre is the best: box, clay, net pot or what?

All my onc...and its alliances are on S/H ...I didnt want to deal with watering it when needed...but also check if there is still that pesky ball of moss in the middle of the root...maybe thats the culprit...sometimes you didnt notice it but its still there and its not letting the roots breathe

I checked and cleaned the roots, I really will like to know whats going on. I have an orchid house, good air, even with the fan, good light.
