I hope yours hangs on. If there are any new growths on yours, they will produce the new roots. The KLN should help encourage new vigorous root growth on them and maybe promote more growth of existing live ones on the rest of the plant. (Paramount has more of these if you should need another).

I hope it hangs on too! Did I tell you that they are send out stems? I don't imagine flowers blooming since there are no roots. Do you know roughly how long it takes until I see some new growth/roots?

I really love this one, although it's not growing that well for me.
I actually have a calendar picture of it for August just now. I have the OB calendar at home but my sister bought me the Smithsonian Orchid Collection calendar which I use at work.
I think I prefer your picture of it to theirs though

Mine grew new growths late winter/early spring and these are now varying between 1 inch and about 3 inches tall. At the same time it was developing spikes and now blooming. I'm not sure if that is the norm for this plant. It seems all the 3 new growths on mine came from the newest mature pseudobulb. 2 were on the outside beside it and one tucked into its outer leaf. I think I have another almost mature pseudobulb that seems to have a tiny bloom spike down in beside the bulb. It is just sitting there-maybe waiting for the others to finish. I would assume it might also develop a new growth or two at that time, but am not positive. I'll keep my fingers crossed for yours. I know how frustrating it is to see one of my orchids slipping. We've all been there! Maybe before Paramount moves and sort of downsizes which they are doing soon, you should put another one of these on your birthday wish list Just in case they sell out. Or early Christmas gift (Xmas in Aug.)

I thought I would add an updated photo of my Nelly Isler. It is a month later and all of the 15 flowers still look pretty good. I took this photo yesterday.

Here's a shot of one of my spikes
Mine seems to have less red in the blooms but it has the same species name and cultivar...

Yes, I'm sure its the same cultivar. Funny since I read these were always mericloned as the cross only produced one plant like this and the rest were duds. But I guess growing conditions could account for some of it. Also different photos can make the same thing look different although I try to keep mine true to life but showing their best face I've seen some with much less of the white than yours or mine too. Maybe medium or water acidity and/or temperature???
