Default Brassia Dorris Bergstrom

This is one of the infamous Bergstrom Orchids plants I picked up in Hawaii last November. Knowing what I do about Bergstrom's, it could be anything. I have no clue of the parentage. I e-mailed them and asked last week, but have not heard back.

The specifics - the plant is in a 10" waterlily basket and, pretty-much, fills it. There is a new growth on one side and this mature growth/spike on the opposite side. The new growth is sending out roots all over the place and may bloom in November (it was in bloom last November when I purchased it for $5 US!) That's not a typo. It smells like roses and when I moved it into my studio to make the photo, the whole studio smelled of roses. There are 8 blossoms approx 7" from top to bottom.
