Default My Brassia now in bloom
I'm happy to report that my new Brassia is in bloom...1st of 6 buds....Hope I can get it to rebloom on my own next year!

This is Brs. Eternal Wind 'TOW'.
Does anyone know why the TOW is in upper case? or is it just the choice of the person naming it?

I'm thinking it was the namer's choice to do the TOW in capitals...maybe it's meaningful initials

Helen, great plant!!

My Brassia Eternal Wind 'Summer Dream' should open its flowers any day now as well - amazing that they are so consistent growing nearly half way around the world from each other. This will be its second flowering for me.

They seem to be quite easy to flower, so you should count on seeing yours again next year! Well done!

Nice plant.
'TOW' could be an abbreviation used by some nursery such as 'JEM' as in Cycnodes Wine Delight 'JEM'.

My Brassia has three spikes that are due to bloom any time now. I'll post pics when it flowers. Good going to the blooming Brassia crowd. Lisa
