The yellowish leaf is on the oldest pbulb. If the plant was newly repotted, the oldest pbulb has been appropriately placed in the corner to allow room for new growth. The newer pbulbs & leaves have gotten progressively larger. Looks like you even have a new root on the left edge of the pot.

Also sounds like you're doing the right things for your plant. You even have a little window on the middle leaf to give the rest of the plant more light & better ventilation.

If the psy was recently repotted, the dying leaf could be from the repot itself. Psys are big babies when it comes to being repotted - they hate being disrupted and will sulk for a while until they're really properly re-established in the new medium. As long as you don't see early evidence of this yellowing spreading to other leaves and the roots that you can see look like they're in good shape, I wouldn't worry.
