Default Some tolumnia types

Last pictures today, I promise. I do like my new camera though... Just a few of the gazillion tolumnia type things blooming out in the greenhouse.

Rodrumnia Orchidom Alameda Beth - A little different, I like it.

Tolumnia Orchidom Joyous Love - Picture is not great. This is a plant that when I took it to the show a few weeks ago, it came home with several extra tags (people putting their name on divisions - not that i'm dividing it soon)

Zgz. Dancing Elf - These have all been nice... A few more flowers on this one and it would be spectacular. Next year.

Tolumnia Orchidom Stungun - another one I think has a lot of potential, if it had more flowers.

Beautiful! I just bought my first tolumnia 2 weeks ago, Orchidom Bright Dawn so I can't wait to see the blooms. I'm a bit uncertain about how it is potted (in a basket with CHC), but it looks established in there.

What kind of camera did you get?

Sony Alpha 33. Seemed to be more camera for the money than the Canon. I like it so far.

Have fun with the new camera. You certainly have lots of good subjects to try it on

Tricky part is getting into the habit of taking pictures again. I'm trying to at least carry the camera everywhere, so that helps.

I love tolus. and I don't think you can ever have too many of them. I'm not surprised pleople put their names on the tags, so they could get a chance to buy a division. Have fun with your new camera.
