Question Palumbina candida

I bought a very small Palumbina candida several weeks ago. In trying to find out the best culture for this cutie. I have come across the fact that it belongs in the Oncidium family. Is this true and if so could you please give me an idea of it's culture. Thanks so much for any information.

Julie
