This is this year's blooming with 18 flowers/buds at present .There were 21 but they were the earliest so have died off & were removed. It's one of my favourites due to the nice 'waterfall pattern'.

Very pretty, Janie
I wish they were easier to grow down here in the heat
I know of people who have success with MIlts here but I'd rather have something that grows in the existing conditions.

I'll just continue to enjoy yours and the other beauties posted lately

That is one spectacular plant! I just love the markings, and it's in my colour range too! Judi

I just love the coloratioons of Bert Fields hybrids. I have Bert Fields 'Eileen' AM/AOS but this year it chose to not cooperate. This is the one I posted about earlier that refused to open the flowers and the leaves still stay folded/curled even now on the deck outside. It gets great air and humidity, daily water, but has not come forth with a single new growth . I love the colors of yours, though.

That doesn't look like Milt. Bert Field to me, but I haven't seen this clone before. The one's I've seen are solid reds with red masks and no waterfalls. It could easily be a hybrid of Bert Field.

It is a hybrid. My Bert Field is 'Eileen' and it has waterfall markings as well - just different.
