That doesn't look like Milt. Bert Field to me, but I haven't seen this clone before. The one's I've seen are solid reds with red masks and no waterfalls. It could easily be a hybrid of Bert Field.

It is a hybrid. My Bert Field is 'Eileen' and it has waterfall markings as well - just different.
